I’ve tried multiple demos and none work. I’ve reset the database using WP Reset. I had GoDaddy get in to make sure everything on that end is okay, but the demos still won’t import. I’ve never had this happen.

I’ve tried throughout the day to see if something may have changed, but I’m still having the same problem. I’m trying to import the Enfold Shop Demo.

It does appear that I’m not the only one. I’ve installed Enfold a number of times without any problems. This is the first time I’ve had this issue.

Hi,

I’m still redirected to the my account page and I can’t access the WordPress backend after I log in, URL in private. We can’t really check your issue unless we get access to the backend unfortunately. Maybe you could try to import the demo manually instead? You will find instructions in private as well.
