    Hey!

    I tried FTP logins but received “Server said: PWD: Permission denied. Error -124: PWD failed” error in both.

    Please check logins/permissions once again.

    Hi Yigit,

    We solved the problem.

    I don’t know exactly what was the problem, but we cloned the WordPress website to a subdomain, and there worked fine the site… after that we deleted the main domain, and cloned the subdomain to main domain.

    The point is the site now works fine.
