Hi,
I’m working on a second language. I use the WPML PlugIn. So far it works quite good.
I only have one Problem. I have set the position underneath the main menu but some how I get also two little flags at the top left of the page and I have no idea where they come from and where I can get delete them. Thanks

January 16, 2018 at 8:31 am #897919Sorry me again. I have tried different position but still don’t get the two flags at the top of the page gone.
Now i was wondering is there a possibility to display on desktop screen the language switch at the bottom of the menu (two flags still need to be gone) and on the mobile view the two flags on top of the menu – hamburger button? Thanks

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

BasilisJanuary 23, 2018 at 6:22 am #901200Hm – some how the problem is still there. Let me explain the problem again.
First off all I want to show the flag and the language name beside at the bottom of the menu.So far I found this correct position in WPML but there are two more flags at the top left of the page. I have no idea where this two flags come from.
Could you please look in to this again.
ThanksJanuary 24, 2018 at 5:57 am #901923Hi sonderdesigner,
Well, you can hide them with css.
Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css.html_header_sidebar #top .avia_wpml_language_switch { display: none; }
If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaJanuary 26, 2018 at 8:02 pm #903497Thanks Victoria,
the code works for Chrome and Firefox but Safari still shows the two flags a the top left corner.
Any ideas?January 27, 2018 at 10:25 pm #903783Hi,
I have checked in Chrome, Firefox and Safari, I don’t see any difference or the two flags, try clearing out the browser cache to those browsers, it might be just a caching issue.

NikkoFebruary 14, 2018 at 8:51 pm #912468Hi Nikko,
thanks you are correct – I cleaned the cache and everything is showing fine.
BUT one more think, the mobile view still shoes the two little flags at the top right.
I would like to take them off or switch to wording ENG | IT.Thanks so much for your help,
much appreciated._K
