Please provide me a full refund!!!

I have tried “Importing Demo” data many different ways and every method is failing entirely or partially.

    Steps I have taken:
    • Extract WordPress 4.8 into an empty directory.
    • Run WordPress Install (setup database, create username/password)
    • Log In to WordPress and goto Themes > Add Theme > upload enfold.zip
    • Active Theme
    • Select the Demo Import tab from the left menu Enfold option
    • Select “Click to Import” on any demo files
ERROR: Importing didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again

Other steps to import on a CLEAN FRESH WordPress install with a CLEAN FRESH database:
    • Tried installing demo data from: enfold/includes/admin/demo_files/enfold-2017.xml
    • Tried installing demo data from WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Import > WordPress Import > select “enfold-2017.xml”
    • Tried configuring function.php as well as wp-config.php to have “define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);”

I also have set & confirmed with my hosting provider (GoDaddy) that my settings are as follows:
    • memory_limit 384M
    • max_execution_time 300
    • max_input_time 300
    • post_max_size 128M
    • upload_max_filesize 128M

I also have read over 10 topics on the forum where many others are having issues with the exact same problem and I HAVE tried all steps recommended with NO SUCCESS!!

    Please refund me ASAP!!

https://kriesi.at/support/topic/demo-import-not-working-11/ 11??? 10 other prople created the same topic????

So with so many users having issues, I’m requesting my money back so I can purchase a theme that functions properly.

Also, I have setup over 50 different WordPress themes in my time as a website designer and have had no issues like this with any other theme so this is not my first rodeo and I know my way around WordPress very well.

Please contact me ASAP as I have a deadline.

    Thanks!

    “Please refund me ASAP!!”
I have installed Enfold so many times and every time it worked well, its not Enfolds fault

    1. Problem sits behind the Computer
    2. Problem sits on your shoulders :)

    Hi,

Thanks for the login details, I couldn’t see Enfold installed on your site though. Do you want us to help you out or do you want a refund? If the latter then you would have to contact Envato as they handle all of our sales.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey Rikard,

Unfortunately, I had no choice but to purchase another theme as my client needed a website up ASAP.

The new theme I purchased also required importing demo data and it worked flawlessly – so yes, I want a refund.

I submitted the refund request on June 30, 2017 – please review.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Ok, thanks for the feedback. We don’t handle any sales ourselves so there is no point in you asking us for a refund since we can’t give you one, Envato/Themeforest handles that department so please wait for their answer if you have already submitted a request.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
