    Hi All

    Thanks you for reading in advance.

    I have Installed the new version of WordPress 4.8.1 (latest) and also updated Enfold them to current, I have experienced an issue that I have not seen before, 1st issue I am having is that the Enfold editor is corrupt or something, the layout is distorted on home page, it is also showing this on every new page that I am creating, ( will not let me move the page around) the social vars are also showing on the layout editor pages.

    2nd issue, It keeps show “update available” and nothing is showing.

    I was hoping to add some photos on here to show you, as I am not PHP or teck savvy

    These issue have only come about from the last wordpress update, I have disabled all plugins and the issue is still there.

    Some awesome help would be great

    Hi!

    Please send us your FTP details so we can try to manually install the theme on your server. If that does not work as well It is very likely that the server is configured in a way that causes the problem. In that case I will approve the refund

    Ok Guys… where do I get support from…? It has now been 16 days plus since I purchased the enfold theme and no resolve has been made..? Is there something I am doing wrong here to get the 6 month support included in the theme purchase.?

    Hi,

    This is the support forum, you have provided us with admin access (wordpress dashboard), but we need ftp access, so we can try to install the theme via ftp. Please provide the ftp details.
