Hey guys
Hopefully you can help me out with following issue. Our programmer has inserted a code block for the navigation bar (main menu). Now something has happened which caused that the navigation bar as well as the side menu don’t show on front page anymore. Please have a look at the screenshot below.
http://realit2015.ch/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/code-block-issue.jpg
Instead of “cssmenu” it was written ‘cssmenu’. We haven’t changed anythinig in the code block so not sure where this is coming from.
We’ve changed the concerned pages (happened almost on every page), but when we edited something else on that page after saving the correct code block, it went back to not showing at all.<nav id=”cssmenu”>
<div id=”head-mobile”></div>
<div class=”res-menu-button”></div>
[listmenu menu=”Main Menu” menu_id=”tt” menu_class=”ss”]
</nav>Do you know where the problem might be?
Thanks already for your help.

not sure what you mean and what the issue is exactly about. I checked your website and main menu is appearing fine for me. So can you explain further please?
Best regards,
AndyJanuary 30, 2017 at 10:17 am #740098Yes, main menu is appearing fine because I changed the code block. But the code block was changed for some reason without me/us doing anything. There must have been something that caused it (another plugin or so?)
The problem is that even though the code block is correct again, pages do not save correctly.
If you open up a random page, edit something and save it, main and side menu ‘disappear’ again.
Only when I open up and save code block again after having done my other changes, then it shows correctly on front page.I tried showing the steps here to make it more clear:

This issue is occuring on evey page, not just that particular one I showed you.Another problem on that same page is another code block that isn’t showing correctly, although I don’t what the problem is there. Please have a look:

AlineJanuary 30, 2017 at 2:41 pm #740194Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyFebruary 3, 2017 at 11:32 am #742334Hey we’ve updated the theme and figured that the plugin wp-typography is causing the issue with the codeblock. Although it wasn’t there from the beginning. Is there another way or another plugin to use for typography (especially hyphenation) that won’t cause the same issue?
Thanks and regards,
AlineFebruary 6, 2017 at 4:46 pm #743449Hi,
we don’t have any experience with a typography plugin, so I guess it would be best if you search on by yourself and test it on your end. It always depends on the plugins you’re using as well.
