Latest version of Enfold and WP. I tried disabling plugin and creating a fresh API key. Also tried the workaround here, which I would hope is no longer needed since Kriesi said this would be addressed in v 3.5.
Thank you,
RyanJanuary 18, 2017 at 10:45 pm #735578Hey rlogan2334,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Also try to deactivate all of your plugins, to make sure non is causing this issue.
Best regards,

2. Turned off Cloudflare
3. Cleared all cachesNo luck.
January 24, 2017 at 2:13 am #737501Hey guys. Can you take a look or offer a solution?
January 25, 2017 at 5:24 am #738101Hi,
Are you using the API key somewhere else? Please regenerate a new API key to replace the current one.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 25, 2017 at 5:36 am #738105As I said before, I created a fresh API key.
January 26, 2017 at 10:50 am #738825Hi!
I used your API key on my local installation and it successfully loaded the list including the “accurIT Presence – Internal” and the “Newsletter” list. However, I’m not sure why it’s not working in your installation because there are no errors or any notifications. It seems to be related with ssl. Is it ok if we deactivate the plugins while we test this? Please post the FTP in the private field as well.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 26, 2017 at 4:55 pm #7390311. Renamed plugins folder and mu-plugins folder – disabling all plugins
2. Disabled Cloudflare
3. Disabled SSL from WP Admin – Well, actually you guys did this and never turned it back on for some reasonStill is not working. I put everything back in place.
January 31, 2017 at 4:58 am #740471Hey!
Thank you for the info.
The configurations in the .htaccess file are duplicated. We created a new .htaccess file and then renamed the previous file to “.htaccessbak” which contains the invalid configuration. I’m not sure if this actually created the issue but the mailchimp API is working now.
