In cloud tag widget, the filter for portfolio categories does not work. The result is a 404
In grid portfolio tool, the filters options not appear…

And the grid portfolio does not display filtering options, which are activated in the options…

Thank you for sharing the link, I have check the site and it appears a plugin is causing a conflict.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.If you still have any issues please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

Now the tags of the portfolio works fine like this:

However if I change input Portfolio General Settings to change permalinks used for portfolio items …
In Permalinks to:
