Hi,
just made clean WordPress 4.3.1 install after uploaded Enfold folder, activated Enfold template in Admin panel and trying to Import Demo under: Enfold > Demo import: Import: Startup Business Demo. Error: Importing didnt work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.
Can`t find solution.Hi artursl!

Send us a WordPress login if your still having trouble.
Please make sure Enfold is updated to latest version, 3.3.2, and all plugins are deactivated while testing.

I thought 128MB memory limit would be fine, but maybe it would be good for you to test with 256MB, to see if things get better.
If that does not help then try to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

AndyYes but Next problem appeared.
Everything worked just great, created all needed pages with all info. Last page edited and published pretty fast, made about 5 saves, after that Avia Layout Builder isnt loading any content in it, only loading circle animates and thats it, also other buttont not working correctly. Made Revision backup, now all content dissappeared :( if I add new Post, then Avia Layout Builder loads normally. But when I try to create new Page – Avia not working :(Labdien!

Found out that problem is on users level. So, created new account for you. Please login, go to Pages and create or edit page. Save it. After try to create or edit it once again – builder isn`t loading anymore. So, it loads only first time. If I create one more new account, it will work for it in Pages section also only 1 time.Hi,
I created a test page, /kriesi-test, and everything worked as expected after editing 3-4 times. What is the specific page you are having problems with? Please make sure that you are closing any added html markup properly:

I am trying to install the Enfold Demo Theme to WordPress 4.9.4. The error says: Importing isn’t working! Try to refresh the page and try again!

Thanks for the login, when importing the demo I see that you are getting this error:Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (admin-ajax.php)Please try asking your webhost to check your PHP settings to see if the secure options are activated.
“allow_url_fopen, “allow_url_include” and “register_globals” are “off”
Try turning these “on”.
Also, ask them to see if the server log has additional info on the error.Best regards,

@dhaniearie thanks for the details, but they are not working for me. Note that it is for your cPanel webmail, is the cPanel login the same? Both failed for me. Which country are you logging in from? I can try a VPN to see if that helps, I did try “Latvia” but still couldn’t login.
I will also need your WordPress login, do you login to your site through the cPanel?Best regards,

Thanks for that, login details are working now. You need to have WooCommerce installed in order to install the Hotel demo as you can see under Enfold->Demo Import. Could you try installing WooCommerce first to see if that helps please? We can do it for you if you give us permission to do so.

I tried that too, by installing the woocommerce. The thing is, not just the demo hotel I tries to install, but the other demo themes it doesn’t work either, like one page resto demo and others. Always the same notifications.
