Automatic theme update doesn't work

I’ve posted this issue earlier but that topic is closed.
The theme update still doesn’t work with my username and API key and I also don’t recieve any mailnotifications about updates. My client wants the Enfold theme to be renamed so his company name would show up in the source code, fair enough…. For that reason I renamed the Enfold folder and changed the “Theme Name” in the style CSS. I also made a child theme and everything’s working fine. With my Themeforest User Name and API key I check under Theme name > Theme Updates and it states: “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.1.5)” However the latest version now is 3.2. Hitting “Check Manually” won’t do the trick either. Does it have to do with the fact that I renamed the theme (in style CSS) to my clients company name perhaps?)
I made sure the API is the correct one. Could you help me out because otherwise I have to check the version from time to time and update the theme via FTP. And that can’t be the whole point of providing a automatic update right?
