I’m running version 3.1.3 on a Multipress site and none of the sites are detecting the latest version, neither automatically nor manually through “Theme Update”. It says “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.1.3)”. The Multipress sites are running Enfold Child Themes if that matters. I’ve also verified that my Themeforest creditials are correct.
I know I can upload the latest version of the theme via FTP, but there’s obviously a problem with the “Theme Update”.
June 8, 2015 at 7:28 am #455736Hey DJQuad!
That is not something to do with our theme, but more probably with Multipress sites and the notifications. I would suggest to look that way for a solution to that issue.
Cheers!
BasilisJune 8, 2015 at 8:17 pm #456320Does your theme work with Multisite? You would know more than I. It’s not a notification problem.
June 10, 2015 at 3:00 pm #457258Hey!
yes, WordPress multisite is enabled for Enfold. But as you are using Multipress plugin we can’t give any support, because it’s a 3rd party plugin. Please contact the author of this plugin for support.

Can you please check if the update works when clicking the “Check Manually” link? you may have reached the Themeforest 50 download limit – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821300-How-many-times-can-I-download-a-purchased-item-

JosueJune 10, 2015 at 6:17 pm #457447Hitting Check Manually goes to the WordPress Updates screen that says “Your themes are all up to date.”
This is not the MU plugin. It’s WordPress’s built-in feature. http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network
June 12, 2015 at 12:36 am #458119Check back in a few days, this update tool relies on Themeforest API so maybe their response has not been updated (or it is being cached) for your user.

JosueJune 15, 2015 at 5:57 pm #459555Still nothing. I can give you admin access if needed.

The culprit of the issue seems to be on your Themeforest user, i’ve tried changing the credentials with one of mine and it worked (the update notification appeared, i didn’t update and it’s reverted to yours now). Try contacting Envato about this – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us
