RikardHello Rikard, I went through the documentation and it looks complex to me. I thought I can update the theme from WordPress by pressing the update button. Can I give you access to my WordPress and fix it for me.

Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)

The login details you posted seems to be working, but it’s not possible to go to the WordPress backend after that, since it’s redirecting to the home page.

I put the token that my developer provided to me a long time before he leaves: 8f336f8d-6348-42d9-b448-fed304422c1a
Then I clicked revalidated or remove token … after that, I got a green message saying ” Alright!! All Options Saved, No problems whatsoever”Below is the updated version, however the website still has the same issue!!!

We checked the token on 2020/12/13 07:30 and we were able to connect to Envato and could access the following information:
Your purchases
Your username: HWakeb
Your E-Mail: H (Email address hidden if logged out)I have the latest update and the issue still exist, so it seems it’s not an update issue.
