    When I try to edit an item in the Avia Layout Builder I get a broken page, the content sits below the editor, and behind the left hand navigation. see image:

    From videos it looks like this content is supposed to open in a lightbox. Does this have to do with new version of WP 3.8? Please help!

    Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps

    Thanks. I tried deactivating all plugins and I still had the issue. I also tried all of the suggestions in this post. https://kriesi.at/support/topic/avia-layout-builder-text-content-doesnt-appear/ which did not help my problem.

    Any other ideas? Avia was kind of the reason why I purchased this theme. Any other ideas on how to get it working?

    Yigit, I fixed this by selecting “Import Settings from your Parent Theme” on my child theme. Things seem to be resolved now. Thanks!
