    Hi wonderful folks!

    I’m setting up a new site an may not import the Agency One page demo.
    It says: “cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds”

    Any idea?

    Hey Ad-Min747,

    Which hosting provider are you using? Did you try importing the demo manually? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#how-to-manually-import-a-theme-demo. If you need further help, then please include admin WordPress login details in private.

    I’m using OVH. I don’t have direct access to functions.php in order to import the demo.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Please follow these steps to manually import the demo:

    — Download the demo that you’d like to install from this link: https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/tree/master/demos

    — Extract the zip file and retrieve the XML file.

    — After that, go to Dashboard > Tools > Import and install the WordPress importer, then run it.

    — Upload the XML demo file.

    The demo images may not be included in the import due to security restrictions on OVH servers. You can edit the pages and upload your own images.

    Let us know if this works.

    Hi Ismael,
    thanks for your prompt answer.
    I did twice as explained but unhappily it didn’t work as expected and stopped at https://kids.aop-campus.com/wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress&step=2

    It gave a blank screen and then nothing else happened for a (long) while.

    Any idea?
