Hallo liebes Support Team,
1/ auf unserer Homepage ist das Video vom Vollbild-Slider leider nicht auf Handys sichtbar, es zeigt sich nur das “fall back” image an. Kann man das ändern?
2/ Die Schrift auf dem “fall back image” ist auch zu gross ! Wo ändert man das, falls das Video nicht angezeigt werden kann.
3/ Ausserdem ist unsere Zeite grotten langsam, obwohl wir darauf achten die Bilder nicht zu gross zu lassen.
Habt ihr da Lösungen?

1.) This is expected behavior on mobile devices. Background videos are disabled by default on mobile screens, so you’ll need to add a fallback image.
2.) Have you tried uploading a smaller image? Make sure that the aspect ratio of the fallback image is optimized for mobile devices.
