Our company purchased your Enfold Theme prior to my employment. I do not have access to the purchase code as we have not been able to contact the previous developer. We are having issues with being indexed on Microsoft Bing because it says we have double H1 headers. I have read through several threads on this issue, but am unaware of how to fix the problem. Can you provide any insight? I will link our website below in the Private Content section.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you can’t get access to the account which was used to purchase your theme license, then I would advise that you purchase a new one. Otherwise you will have this problem every time you need to update or access the theme files.
