Hi Enfold team!
Need Your kind support, Demo import does not work, I am getting error each time, it is a clean web page, just created, installed woocommerce and tried to import demo. So I have gone through forums but did not find solution, contacted hosting provider, there were no any errors in logs and the memory was increased till 1024. Tried on different browsers. Everything is the same.May 28, 2024 at 4:27 am #1446780Hey aram,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Where is the site hosted? You may need to import the demo manually using the XML files. Please check the link below for more info:
// https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#how-to-manually-import-a-theme-demo
- Download the zip file of the demo you would like to import from https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/tree/master/demos - Extract it in \uploads\avia_demo_files\ folder. If you are importing Enfold 2017 demo, files should be extracted inside \enfold-2017\ so it should look as \uploads\avia_demo_files\enfold-2017\ - Go to Tools > Import > WordPress Importer panel, then upload the xml files.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 28, 2024 at 6:53 am #1446798Thank You for your reply, everything worked out, thank you so much for your support.
The only thing, I would like to comment additional instructions so that not advanced users like me will know what to do.
So the instructions say to Extract it in \uploads\avia_demo_files\ folder
But there is no such folder in uploads, so I have created such folder and uploaded zip file there, but it was my mistake, I found out that in Uploads, there is a folder named dynamic_avia, and inside that dynamic_avia there is the avia_demo_files folder. So correct path should be: \uploads\dynamic_avia\avia_demo_files\ (please correct this info in the instructions page for users)
uploading zip file here, and after downloading demo twice it worked out. All the best to you all!May 28, 2024 at 9:02 am #1446810Hi,

RikardMay 28, 2024 at 9:12 pm #1446875One small issue: in the original demo, in shop page, from the right there are filters, also there are filters inside the product pages, but in installed version there are no such, it is blank, should I install additional plugin for those features?
May 29, 2024 at 5:39 am #1446914Hi,
Thank you for the info.
It seems the product attributes were not imported correctly. You might need to create your own product attributes, set up product variations, and add the product filter widgets. For more info about product attributes and variations, please refer to the links below:
