I just found out that I have not been receiving emails from my contact form element (the one y’all provide).
I have been using WP Mail SMTP app (free version) and using the Default PHP (none) option. It has been working fine. Tried setting up the gmail option, but it’s not working either.

Do y’all have a provider that works well with your form? My email provider is via Microsoft 365 (have to do paid version of WP Mail SMTP plugin, and at this point, I hesitate to spend money on that).

This or any other options for getting a working contact form would be helpful.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jon,

We don’t have any recommended providers. Did you try the suggestions listed here? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-

Thanks! I’ll give it a go. I have tried WPSMTP, but not the snippet.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update, then your WordPress installation is not able to send emails. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider for further help.

    Best regards,

got it working by using the Fluent SMTP plugin, which lets you use microsoft 365 without paying for a pro plan. VERY good instructions on how to set everything up.
