    HI I have the enfold child theme activated, For some reason, the video element is not working for the YouTube videos link, it shows a black screen on the page for the video section can you please check, I have updated the theme to the latest version still shows a black screen
    it is working for mp4 links but not for YouTube. plz check what is the issue

    Thanks Rikard. This is Brad…the owner of the site.

    I’ve accessed both the YouTube link above, and the link in Private Browsing windows.

    The YouTube link works.

    The URL to my site displays a black box in places of the YouTube video.

    Grateful for any advice or help. I have a ton of YouTube videos loaded up in Enfold.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We adjusted the URL format for the video element, but it still doesn’t seem to be working. Could you take a quick look and see if embedding is turned off for the video? That might be causing the issue.

    Thanks Ismael. I’ve confirmed that the videos DO allow embedding.

    This doesn’t seem to be the issue.

    I’m freaking out as my site has a TON of YouTube videos on it. Do you have other ideas?

    The videos started working again after we deactivated the plugin “BIALTY – Bulk Image Alt Text (Alt tag, Alt Attribute) with Yoast SEO + WooCommerce”. Please contact the plugin developers for further information about the issue.
