Hello,
The previous designer is no longer available & the client was never given the purchase code.
What can we do to get support on Enfold, which the website is on. Enfold’s page builder is not working, cannot edit any pages. All see is blank in edit page mode, don’t see any sections with your builder’s elements.

If you don’t have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your theme license, then I would recommend that purchase your own: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990. After you have access to the theme files, then please register your theme license: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/, and update to the latest version: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
