Contact form doesn't forward emails to the listed email address

Hey,

I could not find a way to contact you through the forum, so I am messaging you here (as I have paid for your support).

I have created http://www.prinz-ip.de with your template. I have added an email address where the submitted contact form content is supposed to be sent to. However, I do not receive any notifications or content to my email when somebody submits something in the contact form.

Could you please check why this is the case?
