    My advanced layout builder is not loading – all I see is the spinning circle.
    I have followed the steps here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly
    and still have no joy. Please can you urgently assist.

    Hey studiovene,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We may need to access the site in order to properly check the issue with the layout builder. Please provide the site URL in the private field. In the meantime, try to temporarily toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings to regenerate the scripts and stylesheets.

    When I try to update Enfold settings it give me the following error:
    Saving didnt work!
    Please reload the page and try again
    Plse see private content for access info

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I’m seeing a 403 forbidden error on the file in private when trying to save the theme options. Please reach out to your hosting provider and ask why the server is not allowing that action.
