    What is Enfold doing so that Enfold can be used with block editor

    Hey daves1997,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    You can still use the block editor with the theme but we recommend using the Advance Layout Builder (ALB) instead. To enable the block editor, go to the Enfold > Theme Options and adjust the Select Your Editor settings.

    Advance Layout Builder (ALB) is the default page or layout builder of the Enfold theme. Please check the documentation below for more info.

    Using this will I receive wp updates. They told me they are not updating classic editor.
    Brought my site down when changing to block editor.
    What is correct way?

    Hi,
    If the Classic Editor is removed from WordPress and only the Block Editor is shown the ALB button will still show

    WordPress may not update the Classic Editor, but that is not the same as removing the Classic Editor.
