Hi ,
i am a new Enfold User and happy with it.
In my Website, i have a problem (tested in Chrome. Firefox and Edge), i am not getting solved.
The URL is: http://www.b-safe.deI am using Colour-Sections on some pages (f.e. “Besuchersicherheit”) and placed anchor links in the Submenus-Entries (f. e. “Genehmigungsverfahren).
Everything works fine, if i first go to the page “Besuchersicherheit”. If i then open the Anchor , the Page scrolls to the correct colour-section-position.Very often (not everytime), when i open the first anchor link of page directly from the submenu, the position is not correct- the position is too much down.
The Problem apears on all pages with colour-sections.
Thanks in advance for the support!

Thank you for the inquiry.
We cannot seem to reproduce the issue on our end. The page consistently land to the appropriate position whenever we access the anchors directly from the submenu. Anyway, optimizing the site speed might help completely prevent the issue on your end.

RikardAugust 25, 2023 at 9:39 pm #1417168Hello,
I have now tried some of the optimization suggestions – without success.
The issue occurs mainly in Firefox desktop, but also in Edge on an Android mobile.
It seems that the shift always corresponds to the header height, so the header is ignored and the color section behind it starts at the top of the page.
Any ideas?
Best regards.
RalfAugust 26, 2023 at 10:43 am #1417181Hi,
Thanks for the update. Your anchors seems to be working the same way in both Chrome and Firefox on my end, they scroll to the correct place. You could try adding the anchor just above the element in question instead though, in a Text Block element for example:
<div id="your-anchor"></div>
Best regards,
Rikard -
