    I have been trying to talk to support for days and it is VERY difficult…. There needs to be a better way. The forum does nothing but waste my time searching for an answer that doesn’t exist and I cant see a button that lets me post anything…. I have already purchased from Envato. Whenever I try to install a demo theme I get this error –

    Error accessing file for download:
    cURL error 28: Connection timeout after 10001 ms

    I am trying to install from a clean installation so it should work but it does NOT…… I need someone to help me fast. I have a deadline at stake here! Is there a phone number I can call for support? Or someway to do live chat? I need help ASAP! I am getting tired of fussing with this….
