    Hi Developers,
    By any chance is this IP 67.223.118.61 blocked in any way from your severs, because
    I am using namecheap server with Enfold theme but I can’t enable “Import Demo Shop” within the theme options. Namecheap told me to ask the developer if they’ve blocked 67.223.118.61 by any chance.. Please confirm asap??

    Hey Neil,

    Please refer to this post https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#how-to-manually-import-a-theme-demo and try importing the demo manually.

    Our host only blocks IPs when their security software detects multiple brute-force like attempts from certain IPs.
