Hi!
I would like to install one of the demos, but I get an error message. According to my webhost this is because their webserver is blocked at your site. Can you help me to unblock it? ip-address below.

Thank you for the inquiry.
What is the name of your hosting provider? We may need to whitelist it so that it can connect to the demo server, but we cannot guarantee this. Alternatively, you can manually install the demo using the XML files. Please refer to the documentation below for more information.

The webhost name is Loopia.
I have tried to install the theme manually, without success, so please whitelist my webhost so that I can try again.

Here is what our hosting provider said:
The problem currently is that the IP address [the IP address you shared] was extremely conspicuous regarding “brute force request on WordPress XML-RPC” not only on one server but on over 20 servers. Even if we unblock the IP address, it has such a high scoring in our security system that the block comes into effect again at the slightest conspicuousness.
Tim from Loopia contacted our hosting provider regarding this issue. Since the IP address is still blocked, I’m afraid there wasn’t a solution.
Could you please contact Loopia and ask them if it’d be possible to change your IP address?
