    Using Google reCaptcha v2 and v3, I am getting “This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.”

    I followed all Enfold guidance and support info I could find on your site, but that did not solve the problem.

    For now, I can only use the numeric captcha and I am getting many spams every day.

    How to make this Google reCaptcha work (v2 or v3)?

    Hey adepreter,
    Thank you for your patience, assuming that your Google reCaptcha keys are valid you will need to go to Enfold Theme Options ▸ Privacy and Cookies ▸ Cookie Handling ▸ Advanced Options ▸ Auto Reload Page ▸ Auto reload on “Accept Settings”
    so that when the cookie Google reCaptcha service is accepted the service will be loaded.
    Please try this and if you have further issues please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can be of more assistance.

    Hello Mike,
    I checked everything that you said including Google reCaptcha keys are valid, Auto reload on “Accept Settings”, and Default Cookie Behaviour on the first option.
    I also disabled all plug-ins except WooCommerce.
    But it still does not It still does not work.
    I can not provide an admin login.

    Any other idea?

    Hi,
    Thanks for the feedback, I see the auto-reload is working, can you create a test page with a contact form using the Google reCaptcha so we can see the error, your current contact form is using the numeric captcha

    Hi,
    Thank you for the link to your test page, I accepted the cookie consent bar button, then the page auto reloaded, then I filled out the contact form and got the success message:
