    Hello, i have this error in the website:
    Fatal error: Access level to avia_sc_chart::shortcode_insert_button() must be public (as in class aviaShortcodeTemplate) in /home/customer/www/grupodavila.es/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/chart/chart.php on line 49

    if i try enter in https://www.grupodavila.es/wp-admin/:

    How can i resolve? i change PHP versions, but i cannot fiz nothing…how can i fix this error?

    Hey Pablo,

    I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.4.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.4.1 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    Hi Rikard, thank s a lot for your time and help; i did the action of delete trough FTP the enfold folder, and replace for the enfold folder updated; now the meessage is this:
    Fatal error: Access level to avia_sc_chart::shortcode_insert_button() must be public (as in class aviaShortcodeTemplate) in /home/customer/www/grupodavila.es/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/chart/chart.php on line 49

    Hi,

    Are you using the Siteground optimiser plugin? If so, then please try turning off JavaScript file compression under Enfold->Performance. Also make sure to delete the old CSS and JS files on the same page. If you should need any further help, then please include admin WordPress login details in private.
