    Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, is it that you cannot import the Travel Demo? If not, then please try to explain the problem a bit further.

    I see that you are running an old PHP version, could you update that to 8.x first of all please?

    first of all thanks for fast answer…
    no look when i make now restore the site … all will be ok… BUT
    when i go to thew index or home… site and change something like a small text like an update.. and then i make publish… after that rthe wesite is not open anymore !!!!! cristal eroor or not open at all…thats the problem…

    like i sayed i go on my website .. like the admin and i change a letter… after that my website cant open anymore .. so please fix it …

    The frontend of your site is not loading even without making any changes, and the server is returning a 500 internal server error. Could you share server error logs with us please?

    Hi,

    The Google Drive link you posted is still restricted, so we can’t access the files. You can easily check the link yourself to make sure that it’s accessible without being logged in to the account which owns them.

    Thanks for that. I can’t find anything of use in those logs unfortunately, there are no references of server errors or errors related to any theme files. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider for further clarification as to why the server is returning a 500 internal server error please?
