    Hi,
    I try to import a demo of Enfold Shop and got an error. Error accessing the file for download:
    cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds.

    I’ve tried everything manual import after read all the topics about it, but it doesn’t work.

    Hey Mewthom,
    Please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can check, is your webhost OVH?
    If it is they disable the set_time_limit() function and will not enable it so the import times out.
    If the manual import method fails due to the disabled PHP functions, try creating a localhost WordPress install and import the demo and then use the plugin Duplicator and migrate your localhost version to your webhost, see the video on the plugin page if you have not used this plugin before, it is quite easy.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login, I see from your WordPress ▸ Dashboard ▸ Tools ▸ Site Health ▸ Info ▸ Server
    your Max input time is 60, try changing it to 120 or more.
    I also recommend disabling all plugins except for woocommerce which needs to be installed and activated for the Shop demo.

    Good Afternoon,

    I’m a little bit dissapointed of your template. I’ve done a local installation and then I transfered everything from 0 in a new installation. So, I’ve donwload differents templates and now in my website I just can use one of them… So if I want test a new template i need to start everything from 0 again?

    I’m going to be very pleased if I have other solution.

    good afternoon,

    I am trying to import a demo in my wordpress on a local server (xampp) but it shows me this error: “Download of files for demo “…” didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.”, none work. Can you help me please?

    I have Enfold Version 5.3.1.1

    Hi,

    I’ve tried with localwp and it worked perfectly! I don’t know with xampp but for the rest it doesn’t work when you move to a remote server.

    I can fix it!     I have the lastest version, but still it’s really a PITA ! Maybe you should write an email to the support service, they’ve helped me very quicly. Because I really don’t know .

    Hi gustavotrule,

    In your WordPress Dashboard, please go to Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager then delete Flaticon.
    You can add the justice icons by downloading the icons here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_7J9rcLbHZYXd1HvJwine9tfX9chNw-n/view?usp=share_link
    And upload it in Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager.
