    Hello,
    I used to receive inquiry from my contact us and product page.
    But recently, I can not receive mails from these two page any more. I don’t know what is wrong, could you please help check?

    I have just updated the theme, and deactivate and un-install all the plugin and reinstalll two plugins.

    Which plugin should I add?

    I checked the link you sent, and read the troubleshooting part, ,but I still can not find the reason why My contact form is not sending emails.

    The contact form is using which plugin?

    Now I only have two plugin: woocommerce and WPForms Lite installed,
    Should I install some other plugin to make the contact form work?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    You don’t need to install a plugin to use the default contact form element in the theme. Do you receive the emails when you use the forms from the WPForms plugin? You can also try the Contact Form 7 plugin. If the issue persists when using these plugins, try to install an SMTP plugin or use a different email address from your own domain.
