    Thanks for the Reply, But i dont have the email associated with account either. I have hired some professional to build the website back in 2013. I dont have any details .My website is running fine till then. But i m not able to edit any thing , it gives the e-Errror as following

    Hi,

    Which version of the theme are you running? If it’s not 5.3.1.1, then please update to that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hi it asks to buy the theme again,
    Is this how it gonna work or im missing something

    Hi,

    If you can’t prove your purchase, or have access to the account which was used to purchase your theme license, then I think it would be a good idea to purchase a new license. Otherwise you will have this same problem every time you want to update or access the theme files.
