Navigating to home page does not show transparent header.
Any ideas on how I can fix this?
Only seems to do it when you go to an inner page then go back to home
August 12, 2022 at 6:08 pm #1361563Hey whdsolutions,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,

This is still happening even on version 5.1.1
I have given you some temp access.
August 15, 2022 at 6:50 pm #1361712Hi,
Thanks for that. It looks like the home page is scrolling down slightly automatically for some reason. Your CSS is being served from a location which is not generated by the theme, and you are not running any plugins. What is causing the styling to be served from the example location in private?

RikardAugust 16, 2022 at 9:15 am #1361760All CSS is being served from ‘appetite.whitecommunications.co.uk’ and not ‘whitecommunications.co.uk’
Appetite is a subfolder within whitecommunications.co.uk with its own Enfold install and CSS.
Could it be server-side site optimzation that could be causing this?
I am editing things in Quick CSS and it is parsing to the website, so that works fine.
I have tried a image only slide and that does exactly the same, as I thought the problem may have been the video.

Could it be server-side site optimzation that could be causing this?
I’m not sure, it might be a good idea to turn it off temporarily to see what happens though?

RikardAugust 16, 2022 at 10:56 am #1361783Ass the site is a sub domain to whitecommunications.co.uk any changes here will affect the appetite.whitecommunications.co.uk
Here is the current set up – what would you think would need to change here?
August 16, 2022 at 3:36 pm #1361804Hi,
Thanks for that. I can’t say exactly what those settings will do unfortunately, but I would try to deactivate them all temporarily to see if that changes anything. If you don’t want to make any changes on that actual site, then maybe you could copy it to a staging site?

RikardAugust 24, 2022 at 12:53 pm #1362629We have tried everything – It still scrolls down.
August 25, 2022 at 11:56 am #1362766Hi,
I just tested your website on Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera however I cannot reproduce the issue. I attached a screen cast in private content field below.
Could you please make sure your browsers cache is clear?
Best regards,
YigitAugust 25, 2022 at 12:52 pm #1362777Sorry – I fixed this late last night.
It was some JS in a form lower down the page that was causing the issue.
Thanks for your help.August 25, 2022 at 12:53 pm #1362779 -
