    Hey cbroome12,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please check the login details you posted, as they are not working.

    Sorry the login is not working, the error I see is: Unknown email address.
    Please check the login details below.

    I see that you are using Enfold v4.8.1, I believe that if you update to v5.1.1 you will not have the error.

    Thanks for that, the new login details are working. Please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/, to see if the update comes through using that.
