    Hey monmouth,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. The WordPress login page is returning a 403 forbidden error when I try access it. How can we login to your site?

    After I deleted the LayerSlider and saved the website, and put it back into the web page, it worked.
    Thank you, there are no problems now.

    Sorry, there is one more question. After updating to the latest version yesterday, I found that the mobile version display is not the same as before. I would like to understand how to quickly solve this problem? Because the pages are up to 50 pages, it is a bit time-consuming if each page has to be manually corrected. Thanks again for your help.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I checked the page you linked to, but I can’t see the element in your screenshot there. Could you link directly to a page where we can see the actual problem please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Sorry, this is the link to the screenshot page, thank you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can’t reproduce what you are seeing on your end though: https://snipboard.io/Nzv6fo.jpg. Could you try using a private or incognito browser window please?

    Best regards,

    Sorry for the above screenshot, I accidentally changed it as I was testing if it could be adjusted manually. I found that under the “grid row” layout, padding will automatically increase on mobile phones.
    Can you help me to complete all the pages with CSS? Thank you.

    Hi,

    It looks like you have added padding to those columns?

    .responsive #top #wrap_all .flex_cell.av-kybaw2qj-3e44b51e2bb27549bde543a88046b134 {
        padding: 0px 130px 0px 40px !important;
    }

    Did you check your settings in the Styling tab? You should be able to set the padding for all screen sizes there.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    I only update the version, I don’t set other styles. Comparing the two versions(4.9 & 5.1.1) of the interface, I found that there are additional responsive options in “padding”. The extra padding on the mobile phone display is the same as the padding set in version 4.9.

    Hi,

    If you want to remove all padding on mobile screens, then please try this CSS:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .flex_cell {
        padding: 0 !important;
    }
    }

    Otherwise, please try setting the padding values for all screen sizes in the element options.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
