Dear Support,
Refer to the subject, we have lost the alignment of portfolio grid. It is showing listed vertically.
I need to align horizontally one after the other, as back to the default settings.
We face animation loading issues as well, not showing smoothly.

Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try to activate the parent theme, or temporarily deactivate all plugins, to see if the behaviour changes after that.

I have updated the theme as advised, now the alignment of portfolio grid is resolved.
We have another issue on the portfolio Grid, its loaded inappropriate images, I have removed the grid and added, modified the order, etc.
Similarly, the LayerSlider images also not loading, but it is showing issue only on home page for both portfolio grid and layerslider.Please advice.
