Hello
The native Enfold contact form is not sending emails to the intended recipient as per the configuration (or even to the default one). I did also add a plugin Contact Form 7 where it also did not work.
Please help!

Thank you for the inquiry.
Have you tried using different email addresses? It is possible that this is an issue related to your server since the email is still not being sent using a different contact form. You may need to ask your hosting provider to check and reconfigure the mail server.

IsmaelI managed to change the MX record to the same DNS where the wordpress is hosted and created an email where things went well and can now receive the contact form details. The only remaining issue is that the person who fills the contact form does not receive any email notification.

Thank you for the update.
Glad to know that you are now receiving the emails. Regarding the autoresponder, you may need to adjust the Form Element Validation of the email address field if you are not using the default one. Make sure that the validation is set to “Valid E-Mail address”.
Did you reset the value in the Autoresponder from email address field? Please try to adjust the value of the field and make sure to use the main email address.
