    Hey RedcarBlogDesign,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    It might be an issue with your host or the server configuration. The following threads might help.

    To work around this I recommend importing your demo on a localhost install and using the Duplicator plugin to migrate/clone it to your OVH host, I believe this will work.

    Thank you for your reply. Please forgive my lack of knowledge but how do i do this? Can you maybe send me the Enfold gym files so i can add via ftp? If this is possible which folder do i put the files in.

    I have asked my host to turn up php levels but they are taking a very long time and have had no response. I need that demo data on as a amteer of urgency. I would really appreicate further assistance if possible.

    Hi,
    Your site seems down right now, please check:

    Are you using OVH Hosting?
    You can not FTP demo files they will not install, the demo files need to be imported with the WordPress import feature for .xml files
    Please see our documentation: How to manually import a theme demo
    But if you are using OVH Hosting see this post, note that he says:

    I tried several times, some tries were partially successful. In the end, it worked

    I recommend importing your demo on a localhost install and using the Duplicator plugin to migrate/clone it to your OVH host.

    Hi,

    i have now upgraded my hosting to a cpanel ultimate package away from a shared cloud pla.

    I have changed domain to tbsolutions.co.uk

    despite my best efforts and days of trying i now get a different error message that keeps saying reload the page when trying to download the gym demo data. It is now a matter of urgency as my direction was to use this theme as they liked it. I have tried the manual upload and not had any luck. And localhost i am lost depite reading and rereading your guidance. Please could you resolve thios. I have shared logins.

    I like your themes and wish to use many more and the nfold on other domians but really need help. Please

    Hi,
    Thanks for the feedback, your server doesn’t have the PHP ZipArchive Extension activated,

    you should be able to active this in the cPanel under PHP Selector it probably says Zip like in this screenshot

    I see that you are using PHP v8.1.5, on my server PHP v8+ didn’t have the same PHP setting active by default and I had to manually compare them to PHP v7.4, your server may have the other extensions activated as in my screenshot, but if you still have trouble try switching to PHP v7.4 and then try importing again, if it then works you can always switch back to PHP v8.1.5, if you like.
    I disabled all of your plugins to ensure there was no conflict in the demo import, please try like this.
