    I have renewed support today, I have opened a ticket and I urgently need a solution.

    my enfold licence is f8e7e72f-f294-4faf-8fa6-5384efa13b74

    I am using the current Enfold Theme version is 4.8.8.1. Even if I disable maintenance mode it still redirects me to the maintenance page and not the home https://www.giovannaabruscato.it/manutenzione/?avia_forced_reroute=1

    Can you help me solve this problem

    Hey Paolo,

    Thanks for the login details. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.9.2.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    I updated Enfold to version 4.9.2.3 but the problem remained the same

    If it helps, I had previously installed enfold child because we were supposed to make changes to the css but then we didn’t need it so I uninstalled it

    Could you please clear server sided cache and check if that helps? It seems like issue is related to dynamic cache to me.
