I’m having an issue trying to use a column link. If I go to the column editor, then the advanced tab, then choose column link, and select “page” and choose a page, the column link works.
However, what I need to be able to do is link to a page anchor on one of the pages, so I need to choose “Set Manually.”
When I do this, and I enter the page address manually, including the page anchor (ie http://mysite/mypage/#anchor), the anchor doesn’t work. Mousing over the column causes the mouse to reveal the hand icon, but clicking the column does nothing.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I can’t reproduce this problem on a test installation. Could you post a link and login details to where we can see this happening please?

May 5, 2022 at 1:06 pm #1350611Hi,
Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.9.2.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardMay 5, 2022 at 7:43 pm #1350674Hello Rikard. Thank you for checking into this. I have upgraded to the latest version of Enfold and cleared the cache. In my situation, I had icon boxes in the columns I was trying to add the column links to, so to troubleshoot, I removed the icon boxes from the columns and tested. The links still did not work.
Next, I changed the column link (http://mysite/mypage/#anchor) by removing the anchor (#anchor). The column link works as soon as the #anchor is removed. However, I have no way of linking to a page anchor if this is the case – and I need to be able to link to a page anchor.
If you’re able to let me know if there is a fix for this, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
May 7, 2022 at 11:36 am #1350853Hi,
Thanks for the update. I wasn’t able to reproduce this my local test installation, but I could see it on a live one. The rest of the team was able to see it on their ends too, so I think this is something which we have to fix. I will report this to our developers, and let you know when we have a fix available. Until then you can set the link to open in a new window if you like, since that is working as it should.

No problem. Thank you for your patience and sorry for the problem, we’ll let you know here once we have a solution.

RikardMay 8, 2022 at 10:28 pm #1350972i do often use that nice plugin: page scroll to id
mainly because of that function to scroll smoothly to an id by opening first the top of a page – and then scroll to that id with a custom delay.
This behavior i like most. Next advantage – you can insert an id to be the offset where the scroll position is stopped – with a shrinking header this might be helpful – i put in that setting input field #header.see f.e.: https://webers-testseite.de/abcdef-2/ and click the column link
