    Please help with http://www.healthedly.com again… Working yesterday and nothing today… Enfold settings won’t save and the page builder will not even load… Just a ring of death and then “page failed, you may be offline” pink notification … I have tried everything.. updating theme, deactivating and deleting all plugins, cache plugin, you name it and no luck.

    Side note, I also can not get the css code to work for taking away the underlines in the links within footer.

    Hi Jamie,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.9.2.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    I have tried this several times if you login and see my Enfold Theme Update page… it says No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.7.6.4) and I have my evanto key validated etc as well….?

    Nope it will not allow me to upload or install anything at all… fails every time. I deactivated and deleted the Enfold theme to start over and now I can not get it to upload back into themes… fail after fail… website is now down… please help ASAP

    What exactly will not allow you to install anything? I see that you don’t even have Enfold installed on the site now?

    I do now… I uploaded it via the Tools within Godaddy… It says it’s now updated to 4.9 correctly… but try making any changes or updates and it fails to save and it is till not letting me access the WordPress Site Health page and the Avia builder doesn’t appear in the page backend

    Not sure what the difference is here but I have another site under the same WordPress Pro 5 hosting that healthedly.com is under at https://cv6.a38.myftpupload.com and everything is working fine on that one.

    Please try to increase the memory allocated to PHP on your installation: https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/. If you need help with that, then please try reaching out to your hosting provider.

    I had a Godaddy tech support working on the site at the time… Please recheck… he said he could see the builder and it was saving on his end… But still no luck for me. It can’t be a cache issue since he made updates and saved no problem and I could see them on my end happening… But Enfold theme updates and the builder still will not load on my end…Any suggestions?

    Thanks for the update. I tried editing your home page, and it’s working as expected on my end as well. Could you try using a different browser, or an incognito or private browser window please?

    Tried that as well… Edge, FireFox and Chrome… Same results on everyone… No sure what else to try honestly.

    Okay so compete system reboot and reset of the router… I am back in business… weird but apparently is was something with my router/modem. Thank you for the help!
