    Hello, I am trying to use the accordian option within a new website but I just can’t get it to work at all. Can you help please?

    I have no plugins on site yet so it can’t be that and I am using 4.8.2 with the medical demo theme.

    Thanks for the login details. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.9.2.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hi Rikard,

    I have updated the theme to the latest version now but Accordian is still not working. I have used this on many of my sites with no issues. Can yo have a look please? Something is not right on this site for some reason?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    The site was still loading the older versions of the scripts and stylesheets, so we temporarily disabled the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings to regenerate the files. The accordion element is now working properly. (see private field)
