    Hello, i’m experiencing some issues with the Learndash plugin installed on my website. Basically when i log into my courses i can’t see the videos embedded in my learndash lessons. I’ve already contaced the learndash support and when they operated a conflict test they found out that by deactivating the enfold theme the videos were displayed correctly, so i can confirm it’s the theme that’s causing the issue.
    Is there any way i can solve this problem without deactivating enfold?
    If you need it, i can also create you temporary login credentials to my website.

    Hey Giorgia,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Could you please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and set “Self hosted videos and audio features (WP-Mediaelement scripts)” to “Always load media features”, save theme options, clear cache and check if that helps? :)

    I did it but nothing changes. I still can’t see the videos.

    Thanks for the update. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.9.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
