Need help with Static Header

Hi, I need some help and cannot figure it out through the documentation.

I want the header on my site to act like the header here (https://100thieves.com/). My current header acts pretty much like this one – https://kriesi.at/

In the static header I want my logo to be centered vertically (like the 100t site) and I want the social media buttons to show up on the right centered vertically.

If anyone can let me know where the settings are to do this or if there is come custom code I need, that would be greatly appreciated!
