Hello,

After adding different menu for the mobile device, my logo element is no longer showing up on the page (no matter screen size or device). Also the video on the background is no longer showing, when loading the page.
What is the issue?

P.S. screenshot for the info, where logo element is supposed to be

Thanks for that. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.9) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

You are still running version 4.8.7.1. If you need further help, then please include admin WordPress login details in private. Also please try to install and configure this plugin if the update is not appearing in the theme options: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

Hi,

Thanks for that. One of your menu items was creating a jQuery error, since it was using a character which is not allowed in anchor links, please see private. I changed the ø to an o, and it’s working after that. Please review your site.
