Logo left, Widgets right, menu below not working

Hi,
we want to make our header look like the one in the image here .

We have tried all the steps in this page : https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/example-of-logo-left-widgets-right-menu-below/#toggle-id-2
but without any success, all the elements are still aligned to the left one below the other.

We copied the entire CSS code that is provided in the example page, is it the right thing to do? we have also added our own styles to the theme styles (we added some styles to the text-3 area by styling the text-3 id, it also didn’t change anything in the page. (the css we added : #header #text-3 {

Can you please tell us what we did wrong?
