    Hello,

We are currently looking to change our navbar to look like our parent sites. So far it looks great, until you hover over the drop down items which right now its a basic plain drop down. When you hover over theirs, it displays a large box with everything in it which we would like to have that ability.

Do you know how we could go about doing this?

    Hey,

    Thanks for contacting us!

Please use Mega Menu. You can find more information here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/mega-menu/ :)

Thanks for your response! I checked the documentation out prior to posting but am not finding the checkbox option to convert my current menu to megamenu objects. Once I do this I will need to style things as well but I think the documentation will give me a good start on that. Do you know if you could help me figure out why I am unable to see the megamenu option on my current navbar?

    Hey,

Please go to Appearance > Menus and click on your parent menu item and there should be “Use as mega menu” checkbox – https://imgur.com/a/HeQ37Xo :)

This is what I see and I think is causing the whole issue. I do not have the option you are showing.

    Hey,

Is Appearance tab missing for you? If so, I think it could be related to your user’s role. Please make sure your user role is administrator :)

I am the site owner on my owner account. I made screen shots, so I click on “Appearance”, then menus which brings me to the second screenshot. So I click on “Navbar” and then the drop down for “about” or any of my menu items and it does not give the checkbox option.

    Hey,

I see that option is missing if I go to Appearance > Customize > Menus. So I think clicking Appearance > Menus is redirecting to Appearance > Customize > Menus on WordPress.com sites. I honestly do not have much experience with WordPress.com sites. Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it? In the meantime, I will ask our devs if we can add the option to Appearance > Customize > Menus as well :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit

Sure thing, I listed the credentials to a temporary admin account for you to get in and check this out.

    Hi,

It seems to be redirecting to Customize > Menus as I suspected however adding /nav-menus.php to the URL seem to help. Could you please login and then go to the link I shared in private content field? :)

    Regards,
    Yigit
