    Hello, we have purchased once again a new version of your theme and installed it on WordPress.. Unfortunately, after switching to new theme website is not loading anymore. When we did a change to the old one, website works again… What you can suggest with this issue? thank you! Best regards,

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I get the error message in private again, did you change to the new version of the theme? You should be able to get server error logs from your hosting provider, and you can share them with us on a file sharing service like Google Drive or Dropbox.

    Yesterday I have tried few times to change the version, but generally it old one… also http://sibirica.lv/wp-admin works in any case…
    we have our own dedicated server, so error log is shared via dropbox. please see private.

    Thanks for that. Most of the error messages seems to be coming from plugins, or WordPress itself. What happens if you deactivate all plugins?

    When all plugins are off, I can’t switch to the new ENFOLD version at all.
    It is multilingual site, so I switch on WPML Multilingual CMS

    In this way I can switch to ENFOLD new version and edit content (pages, posts etc.),
    but website loads is extremely slow (sometimes it takes up to few minutes while the page is loading)

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Does the same thing happen if you activate a default WordPress theme? I can’t see anything in your error logs which would suggest that this problem comes from the theme. And if this was a general problem with the theme, then all users would experience it. That is not the case, so the likely cause of this would be something which is local to your site.

    If this was a general problem with the theme, then everyone would experience the same problem as you are. That is not the case, so it’s very likely that the problem is a misconfiguration on your server.

    Thanks for the update. Do you have a different server which you can try the theme out on? And did you try the suggestion in the article I posted previously? If you need further help, then please check the login details you posted, as they are not working anymore.

    Hi, the problem is with Child Theme we use. When I switch to parent theme, there are no problem… what can be wrong with a child theme?

    Hi,
    I was not able to login to your site to check, but are you saying that you are using this child theme with no customizations?
    If you have customizations try removing them, perhaps that is the error.

    KRIESI support already told that the problem is not because ENFOLD Theme, we have contacted WPML Support,
    the answer — it is not because WPML, please contact theme author… Hope to find a solution to resolve this problem.

    We use the latest WordPress, WPML, ENFOLD Theme and PHP8.
    Everything works fine till we switch on WMPL plugins.

    Then our site works extremely slow and also there is an error like:

    Hi,
    Please include an admin login for us, the login in your first post doesn’t work.
    In this post you say that the problem only occurs when the child theme is activated.
    But in this post you said everything works fine till you switch on WMPL plugins, do you have WMPL addons, do you mean that you have multiple WMPL plugins? Please try activating them one at a time and let us know which one is causing the error.
    So does this mean that the error is not in the child theme?
