    Hi,
    I have created a page with advanced layout builder in Enfold theme. The page is now saved as draft. But I am unable to preview the page from almost last 24 hours due to showing some Critical Error there.

    Hey souravghosh,

    The Google Drive link you posted is not publicly viewable, please change its settings.

    Also please include admin WordPress login details in private, and let us know how to reproduce the problem you are having.

    Please check, the google drive link now should be visible.

    And, can you please let me know about how to share admin access in private? Do you have any official email id where we can email you with the login credentials?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. You can simply paste login details in the Private Content box. You can use a personal email, or the one in private.

    Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also please try upgrading your PHP version to 7.4 or higher. If that doesn’t help, then please enable debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, so that we can move all content of the problem page to a test page. We can enable debug mode for you, if you give us permission to do so.
